A: Yes, our standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces. However, we can also accommodate smaller orders.

Unit pricing decreases with higher quantities due to the fixed minimum costs associated with operating our large-format printing equipment.

Q2: How is the price determined?

A: As each product is fully customized, pricing is influenced by several factors: material, size, color options, finishing techniques, structure complexity.

Q3: What are the lead times for samples and mass production?

A: Sample production typically takes about 3 days. Mass production generally requires 7–20 days, depending on the order quantity and product specifications.

Q4: How soon can I receive a quotation?

A: We provide quotations within 24 hours of inquiry. For urgent requests, we can deliver a quote within 1 hour.

Q5: Is the sample free of charge?

A: Samples from existing stock are provided free of charge. However, custom-made samples according to your design require a sample fee.

Shipping costs for all samples are borne by the customer.

Q6: Can I review my design before confirming a full order?

A: Yes. Once the quotation is accepted, we will create a complimentary 3D mock-up of your design for approval before proceeding with production.

Q7: Do you offer after-sales service?

A: Yes. We provide after-sales support. In the unlikely event of a quality issue, we will either re-manufacture your order or issue a refund.

Q8: What file formats do you accept for printing?

A: We require high-resolution, print-ready files in formats such as PDF, AI, or CDR.
